Iv'e gotten so bored that i started making a google doc about factions in a made up division fan game and i just now started wondering "why did i make this?"

After a few weeks of struggling against the game
I managed to complete the Anderson manhunt (that is after the game decided not to bug out and kick me to the start screen basically making the final mission impossible and said bugging made me and my brother try and "Speedrun" it and see how far we can go)
Anyway does anyone know what "delta" means because my guess is it means bad wifi even tho there's nothing wrong with are wifi so yeah...
Any answers?
