Lieutenant "Doc" Simpson served as a field medic for the National Guard while undertaking a doctorate in surgical sciences. Her studies were interrupted by a callout for active duty in Afghanistan. Simpson met Ridgeway during training and the two have been close friends ever since. When the Green Poison hit D.C., she joined the True Sons.
Simpson has a pessimistic attitude towards life. While a skilled surgeon, she has little clinical empathy and severely lacks bedside manners.
Abilities
Lieutenant "Doc" Simpson is the first boss of the Capitol Building, encountered in the grounds during the charge towards the auto cannon.
She is an elite True Sons medic that can be recognized by her black hair and mirrored shades. She is armed with an MP5-N, shock grenades, and defibrillators she uses to revive fallen True Sons, who she also gives a health boost to.
