Alicia Coswald, call-sign "Circe", was an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division before being turned rogue by the Black Tusk. She is now one of Faye Lau's four lieutenants in the End of Watch season.

However, she went rogue and joined the Black Tusk for unknown reasons. Coswald was captured by Division agent Faye Lau, Lau interrogated Coswald for information of her employers, Coswald refused to answer, only confirmed to Lau that her employers are the Black Tusk.

Lau later was approached by Black Tusk Specialist Unit Leader Bardon Schaeffer, which Schaeffer tried to negotiate a deal with Lau for the release of Coswald. Presumably Coswald was secretly released by Lau since it was revealed that she went rogue and side with the Black Tusk.

Alicia Coswald was recruited by The Division after doing a stint in the Army and going to school on the GI Bill when she was 23. She recently graduated from college and had secured her first job as a high school English teacher when the Green Poison was released. Coswald joined Black Tusk when she realized that the situation on the ground was hopeless. While being held prisoner and interrogated by Faye Lau, Coswald allegedly recruited Lau to Black Tusk.

Circe was a rogue agent armed with an Infantry MG5, Custom M870 MCS, Stinger Hives, Riot Foam Chem-Launcher and EMP Jammer Grenades.

  • Coswald's code-name is named after the enchantress in Greek mythology. She is a daughter of the god Helios and either the Oceanid nymph Perse or the goddess Hecate. Circe was renowned for her vast knowledge of potions and herbs. Through the use of these and a magic wand or staff, she would transform her enemies, or those who offended her, into animals.
