August "Lumpy" Lee is a Black Tusk operative and one of two named bosses in Invaded Space Administration HQ, alongside Samson "Fringe" Baker.
The co-commander of the Black Tusk unit deployed to the HQ, "Lumpy" was to hack into and presumably disable the SHD Network's connection with Division satellite network the agents had previously activated.
Before he could do so, The Division breached the facility, stopped the malicious download, and killed "Lumpy" and "Fringe", along with their forces.

August "Lumpy" Lee is a unique Black Tusk Tank armed with a belt-fed minigun, heavy armor, and a backpack mounted restorer hive.
Trivia[]
- "Lumpy" and "Fringe" were supposed to be accompanied by a third named boss, Corbin "Nebula" Randolf. But despite being listed in the mission description, he is nowhere to be found in the level. The same can be seen in another level, Invaded Lincoln Memorial, where the two bosses "Marx" and "Oldman" were supposed to have a third boss "Engles", yet they are nowhere to be found either.
