B.T.S.U. Lethal EMP Jammer Device is the equipment used by Elite Black Tusk medics in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
These device are used by Elite variants of Black Tusk medics throughout various activities in the game. While they don't disrupt the player, they can gradually strip their armor and health in its radius, which can be especially dangerous when using a DPS build as the agent's armor is more fragile.
Therefore, it is recommended to destroy one of them as soon it hits the ground. Or better yet, destroy the EMP pouches from Elite variants of Black Tusk medics to prevent them from throwing their lethal EMP jammers.
In an occasion, these lethal jammers can be used by Named enemies from other factions when playing through a Bounty or a Countdown session.
