Ben "Dizzy" Carter was a Black Tusk Operative at the Washington National Airport. He was a bodyguard of Black Tusk's chief chemical weapons designer; Oliver "Weasel" Gordon.
Operation Dark Hours
Ben "Dizzy" Carter was sent to the Washington National Airport along with Oliver "Weasel" Gordon and Carl "Ricochet" Dawson to protect the prototype weaponry that Black Tusk had brought into the airport.
The team of agents was sent into the hangar to figure out what Black Tusk had brought in. "Weasel" became aware of this and ordered his bodyguards to protect the plane no matter what. When Division agents accidentally released the chemical weapons, Dizzy and Ricochet were sent in to kill the agents. Dizzy fought to the very end, but was gunned down by the agents, along with Ricochet.
Abilities
Dizzy is a Black Tusk Tank, armed with a minigun and heavy armour. When the gas turns purple, he does more damage, but when the gas is orange, the agents do more damage to him.
