Byron "Cooler" Collins is a Black Tusk named enemy and the boss for NSA Site B13 Classified Assignment.
Biography[]
Collins and his unit were sent to the NSA facility codenamed B13 in an attempt to recover data from the servers. However, this attempt caused a security alert, prompting for The Division to investigate.
During the Division's incursion to the facility, Collins attempted to stall the agents and recover the data. However, they persisted and denied him from recovering the data by rebooting the servers. Having had enough of The Division's meddling, Collins made his stand, only to be gunned down by the agents.

In-game, Cooler is a unique Black Tusk Tank equipped with a Minigun, backpack Support Station, M32A1 Airburst Grenade Launcher, B.T.S.U. Medical Drones and B.T.S.U. Taser Drones.
