Cold Relations is a High-End Submachine Gun in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
It is a Named variant of the Enhanced PP-19, featuring the Perfect Strained Talent.
This weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Submachine Guns as targeted loot. It has an increased drop chance from the Stronghold Capitol Building.
Replicas of this weapon can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.
Usage[]
With its large magazine and moderate firing rate, Cold Relations is one of the Submachine Guns that can get the full value out of Perfect Strained. It takes four seconds of sustained fire to achieve a maximum bonus of +80% Critical Hit Damage, which Cold Relations just barely manages (at 4.42s per magazine), but all stacks are lost when the weapon stops firing or reloads.
Between switching targets and reloading mid-combat, Perfect Strained will rarely get the chance to show its full potential against normal hostiles, who will likely die well before it reaches full stacks. Where it shines is facing tougher enemies like Tanks or Warhounds - enemies who demand focused, sustained damage to bring down and stay in the open instead of seeking cover, allowing agents to empty their entire magazines uninterrupted.
