Coyote is a Hyena Council member. She occupied the Jefferson Trade Center with her squad of Hyenas. Unknown to her, the site is an SHD site which store the ISAC node in Washington, D.C.. Division Agent Espinoza infiltrated the site to reactivate the node, but is captured by Coyote. A squad of Division agents arrived and reactivated the node, and confronted Coyote in the trade center, which lead Coyote to execute agent Espinoza in front of the agents, before running to the courtyard. The agents then pursued Coyote and gunned her down for her crimes.
Coyote is cunning, manipulative and never backs down from confrontation. She has a short fuse and is always armed. This has helped her consolidate power and become a feared, yet respected member of the Hyenas.
Coyote is also the alleged mastermind behind a number of Hyena-led attacks throughout D.C.
