As the name says, it is 1 Decoy with the function of Attracting the attention of the Enemy (NPC) so that he shoots the Decoy, thus being Exposed for the Player to shoot the enemy NPC. Thus facilitating your mission. however, this ability does not last long. and it's just for that. (attracting the attention of enemies)

CuriosidadesIf you are a Dark Zone Player, you can use the Decoy in some areas of the Dark Zone like Extraction, and point the decoy to 1 side. For when 1 Rogue comes to try to steal your Extraction. he thinks the hologram is you. (not that someone falls easy on it, but some people are prone to fall).
