This weapon can only be obtained through the Demolitionist Specialization tree. In total, an investment of 10 Specialization Points is required to raise the weapon to Level 40.
The Demolitionist Specialization must be active to equip this weapon. If this weapon is sold or dismantled, another duplicate will appear in the inventory the next time the Demolitionist Specialization is activated.
