The Double Barrel Sawed Off is a Shotgun appearing in Tom Clancy's The Division.
This is currently the only shotgun that can be used as a sidearm. This gun can be effective when using a ballistic shield. If your shield can tank a massive amount of damage you can easily get up close to your enemies and deal lots of damage.
