“ Dustin Xavier, callsign Magnus. Did two tours in Afghanistan before being recruited by the Division - and subsequently, Black Tusk. Specialized in infiltration and wet-work. Got his nickname and his discharge from inter-squad wrestling matches. Don't get too close, that's not a fight you'll win. ”
Dustin Xavier, call-sign "Magnus", is one of Faye Lau's four lieutenants in the End of Watch season.
Biography[]
Dustin Xavier was hired by The Division after his second tour in Afghanistan. He was approached by the SHD when he was awarded the Valorous Unit Award when his unit was attacked and ambushed by an IED. After being activated in Washington, D.C., Xavier questions his mission and the equipment and resources assigned to his agent to deal with the crisis. He was contacted by Bardon Schaeffer. Xavier took part in the Black Tusk, recognizing the spirit of another true patriot relative.
History[]
Xavier called fellow rogue agent Felix Sokolov about his idea of making a weather resistance pants for the muddy terrain in Washington, D.C. Xavier asked if Sokolov can call his sister Natalya Sokolova to make his idea become a reality. Sokolov did not want to bother his sister with this, so he rejected Xavier.
Xavier at some point met with fellow rogue agent Bridgette Douglas, and greeted her with a casual tone. Douglas did not like the sound of that, and took it as a disrespect to her. Xavier assured her it's just a normal greeting, nothing more.
Xavier also had conversations with Faye Lau and Bardon Schaeffer regarding his service back then.
Eventually, Xavier was located by Division agents at the Foggy Bottom area. Despite putting some resistance, he was killed.
