ECHO is a piece of Found Footage that was initially obtained after completing the Financial District portion of Y5S3: Vanguard's Manhunt, then later obtained after completing Stranded Tanker: Alani Kelso.

Camera footage of Agent Kelso following the trail that ANNA has given her, that leads her eventually to an ECHO with a shocking revelation.
Video Description[]
The video starts with decrypting video footage sequence like the previous, ending a warning of data corrupted. Camera surveillance footage with ISAC Video Analytics shows Kelso walking around Lower Manhattan, with ANNA telling her "warmer" if she's close to the trail and "cold" if she's far away. Kelso stops at a broken door, with ANNA telling her "red hot", meaning she was very close. The camera perspective changes to Kelso already in an abandoned apartment, with ISAC informing her of a nearby ECHO.
As the ECHO started playing, Kelso sees Keener siting on a chair, saying that "[he's] glad that Cassandra made it". While Kelso is looking around the apartment, Keener continues his speech, telling "Cassandra" to take a deep breath and to keep an open mind, as he wanted her to listen and admit if she truly listens, she'd admit she was maybe wrong.
The ECHO continues, with Keener's silhouette changing to another position, telling "Cassandra" that she doesn't expect him to trust him, though says that they can help each other, with their Hunter problem. Meanwhile, Kelso continues investigating, while Keener in the ECHO predicts that "Cassandra" would ask him 'What could Aaron Keener tell me about the Hunters that I don't already know?'
Keener's silhouette changes again, this time to a computer desk, telling "Cassandra" that her assertion that him and his Rogues were targeting Division agents were further from the truth, calling Cassandra's actual name, Faye. Apparently, that ECHO reveals that "Cassandra" was Faye Lau, at least at the time. As Kelso continues her investigation, Keener tells "Cassandra" that if she really wants to stop the Hunters, her best chance would be working together with Keener.
The ECHO ends, with Kelso saying, "What the fuck?" in surprise. ANNA informs her of the present, which happens to be on the SHD crate right in front of her. Kelso attempted to access it, though ANNA warns her of the two-factor authentication requirement. Because of that, Kelso got shocked and was electrocuted enough to fall unconscious.
The video ends with Kelso's unconscious body still on the floor from the shock treatment.
