Shaun of The Dead[]
Between West 49th Street and West 47th Street there is an ECHO where a man tries hopping over a fence to try and escape some rioters and attempting to impress his lady friend; he fails at the latter when the fence falls over in the middle of his hop over it. He says "Haven't taken a shortcut before?" before hopping over the broken fence.
This is a reference to a scene in the zombie comedy film Shaun of the Dead, where the titular character says "Haven't taken a shortcut before?" before trying to hop over a fence, which falls over.
Breaking Bad[]
Between 49th Street and 47th Street, there will be an ECHO on a rooftop with people having an 'End of the World Party'. Two isolated men can be found, named Johnathan Pinkman (who is unemployed and has a criminal record) and William White (who is a Chemistry teacher and operated a car wash)
This is a reference to the television series Breaking Bad, as the two main characters are named Jessie Pinkman and Walter White respectively, as well as they fitting the descriptions given in the ECHO.
The Powerpuff Girls[]
Between East 21st Street and East 20th Street, an Incident Report can be found about Larae Barrett being accused of murdering two officers; one of the lines she says is "You know I ain't nothing but sugar, spice and everything nice."
This is a reference to Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls, as they are always described as being created from sugar, spice and everything nice.
Doctor Who[]
In the Lexington Event Center mission area, after going down the elevator after neutralizing Barrett's lieutenant, can see a bunch of mannequins holding knives while facing a dead JTF soldier.
This is a reference to the 2005 series revival of Doctor Who, where in the episode 'Rose' mannequins wield knives and start attacking the characters.
Uncharted[]
In a building in East 36th Street, an ECHO is found where a man named Nate Dragon is involved in a shootout with the Last Man Battalion.
The man's name is a reference to Nathan "Nate" Drake, the protagonist of the Uncharted series.
Adventure Time[]
Between West 26th Street and West 24th Street, artwork can be found on the wall of a children's playground.
The artwork has characters that are similar to the characters of Cartoon Network's Adventure Time, referencing Jake the Dog, Finn the Human, Lady Rainicorn, and Earl Lemongrab.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles[]
Leonardo[]
Outside the Firewall (Turtle Bay's safe house) a pair of katanas on top of a pizza box can be found on top of a blue dumpster. This is a reference to Leonardo, one of the main characters in The Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Michelangelo[]
Also, at the corner of 31st and 7th Street, a pair of nun-chucks on top of a pizza box on the floor can be found. This is referencing Michelangelo, another main character.
Ubisoft[]
Firewall Safehouse[]
The Turtle Bay safe house, which happens to be Ubisoft's real-life Manhattan office.
Growing Home/Raving Rabbids[]
In various locations around Manhattan's residential buildings, board games with the characters from Growing Home and Raving Rabbids on them, both popular Ubisoft titles.
Splinter Cell[]
Inside the Base of Operations, if the player looks on a filing cabinet behind Faye Lau's desk, they can find a pair of green-lit night vision goggles.
This is a reference and Easter egg from Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series, with the goggles being iconic to the series.
Mr. Bean[]
Near Avenue C in Stuyvesant, a lounge chair tied to a car can be found.
This is a reference to the Mr. Bean episode 'Do it Yourself' where Bean ties a chair to the top of his car.
Sons of Anarchy[]
Between West 21st Street and West 22nd Street, a billboard can be seen with a man wearing a unique jacket with a design on it.
This jacket (and the man's shape) is a reference to promotional art of the television series Sons of Anarchy.
Coca Cola Truck[]
Somewhere on West 24th Street, a huge red truck from a drink company covered in lights that says 'Be Merry, drink T"
This is referencing the iconic Coca Cola Truck, a red delivery truck that is covered in Christmas lights that drives through New York (as well as other locations around the world) throughout the Christmas season.
Wanted Posters[]
If agents zoom in on wanted posters via Optics on Marksman Rifles, they can find several Easter eggs in the Description boxes of these posters, and in one case the name. A cluster of these Easter Egg Wanted Posters can easily be found outside the Base of Operations.
The Joker[]
Part of the description box for one man says "Frequently says 'why so serious'?" which is an Easter egg to The Joker, one of the main antagonists of the DC Comics' Batman franchise.
Shia Labeouf[]
Another man has "Shouted 'Just do it!'..." in his description box, which is referencing Shia Labeouf, an American actor who's quote "Just do it!" became a meme.
Rick and Morty[]
Another man has "Was last seen shouting 'Wubba Lubba Dub Dub!" in his description box, referencing the popular adult cartoon series Rick and Morty.
Tom Clancy[]
A man that has the name "Thom Clancy" has "the H is silent" in part of the description box, an obvious reference to Tom Clancy.
The Hunt for Red October[]
In the Russian Consulate mission, there is a room with two fish tanks. If the agent looks in the second tank, they can find a tiny Soviet submarine in it, that is not present in any other of the fish tanks in the mission area.
This is an Easter egg to Tom Clancy's first techno-thriller novel The Hunt for Red October, where the novel focuses around a Soviet submarine named Red October.
Emotes[]
Two emotes (specifically, emotes under the category 'Dance' in the Premium Vendor) are references to a former music artist and another game.
Superstar[]
This emote makes the agent get on their tip toes with their knees bent, with them using their left arm to hold hold an imaginary fedora hat while their right arm is extended to their backside.
This emote is a reference to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, where the move the emote was copying was seen in the music video for his famous hit song "Smooth Criminal" as well as briefly seen in the music video for "Billie Jean".
Cossack[]
This emote makes the agent kick their legs in and out with their arms in front of their chest, briefly stretching them out once or twice before putting them back into their previous position.
This emote is a reference to the Kazotsky Kick, a taunt from the popular free-to-play first-person-shooter Team Fortress 2, which both moves are similar to each other when they are executed.
