Lady Death is an Exotic SMG Tom Clancy's The Division 2's Warlords of New York expansion.
Introduced in Title Update 8, Lady Death may be acquired by defeating World Bosses in New York City at a drop rate of 3%. After Title Update 10, Lady Death has been added to the general loot pool, available to targeted loot farming.
Gameplay[]
The Lady Death is an SMG that promotes an aggressive playstyle by offering the exotic Talent, Breathe Free, building up stacks through movement to increase weapon damage, and give a significant speed boost to the player upon getting a kill.

- When moving, gain 4 stacks per second, or 8 stacks if sprinting, up to 30 stacks total.
- Each round fired consumes a stack, amplifying damage by 75%.
- Kills grant +20% movement speed for 10s.
Appearance[]
Lady Death's base model is the CMMG Banshee, also introduced in Title Update 8. This Exotic model of the SMG features custom modifications such as a red dot sight, a grip with tape wrapped around it, a foregrip with a spiked brass knuckles, and a metal ornament of a skull dressed with a crooked crown resembling the Statue of Liberty. The receiver of the gun is plated with copper, showing signs of oxidation with a layer of patina on top, further resembling the Statue of Liberty's appearance as time passed and oxidation occurs.
