Firestarter is a High-End Named Shotgun in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
It is a Named variant of the Double Barrel Sawed Off, featuring the Talent Primer Rounds. It was added to the game in Title Update 7.
This weapon can only be obtained through the Firewall Specialization tree. In total, an investment of 10 Specialization Points is required to raise the weapon to Level 40.
The Firewall Specialization must be active to equip this weapon. If it is ever sold or dismantled, another duplicate will appear in the inventory the next time the Firewall Specialization is activated.
