Harper "Heads" Price is a third named boss in Invaded Camp White Oak.
She was a Black Tusk Sniper who was sent there in order to collect all the remained data after the unsuccessful mission of apprehending President Ellis. During the mission, ISAC picked up several conversations between Harper Price, Teagen Price and Bardon Schaeffer, from which Division agents and Manny Ortega found out that both of them killed many unarmed JTF soldiers. Then, after collecting all needed data, she was ordered to bring the data to base, but Division agents found a way to Harper and killed her shortly after.
