The Honey Badger is an Assault Rifle in Tom Clancy's The Division 2. It was added to the game in Title Update 7.
The Honey Badger can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Assault Rifles as targeted loot.
The Named Variant Savage Wolverine can only be crafted from its 
Blueprint, which is obtained from Field Research for the Firewall Specialization.
