The Hungry Hog is an Exotic Light Machine Gun that can be found in the Dark Zone by killing Low-End or High-End Enemies. It is a variant of the standard M60.

The name "Hungry Hog" is a reference to the Vietnam war, when the M60 was introduced. It was nicknamed "The Pig" due to its bulky size.
