Inaya al-Khaliq is the Crafter of the Base of Operations Staff. She can be met coming back to The Theater, after rescuing Eleanor Sawyer.

Dr. Inaya al-Khaliq is a gifted mechanical engineer. Despite being relatively young, she had built an impressive resume at some of the most prestigious tech companies in the world before Green Poison hit. Friendly but focused on her work, she continues to innovate with what's at hand.
