Incendiary Bullets have a chance to light a target on fire. The effect lasts 30 seconds.
While it is currently unknown of how often the bullets set targets on fire, the effect proves very useful on harder to kill enemies, such as Elites or Named enemies. It should be noted, however, that Elite or Named Cleaners are immune from catching fire.
