In Tom Clancy's The Division 2, there are currently 6 types of Intel. They are Found Footage, Comms, Artifacts, ECHOs, Database, and Field Data. These collectibles can be found across the map and inside missions. This intel, when put together, helps paint a more clear picture of the events that took place in Washington, D.C.

Found Footage consists of several short videos explaining more lore of the world after the outbreak of Green Poison.

Comms are a series of recordings left behind by the people in and around the capitol. Currently, there are 15 different subgroups in the Comms Section.

Artifacts are items that can be found in the open world. They range from historical documents to random trinkets. There are currently 4 different types of Artifacts.

ECHOs make a return from Tom Clancy's The Division. They are holographic recreations of past events that are made using any available data in the area. However, as shown in the Expeditions, ECHOs can be missing data and thus be inaccurate.

Database consists of database entries on various groups of interest, key people, and the collection of Snitch Cards

Field Data is a special type of Intel. It is only unlocked after the completion of at least one Classified Assignment. This is where the different audio logs from said assignments are kept.
