Jared "The Snitch" Nash is an NPC in Tom Clancy's The Division 2. He can be found in various locations, giving the player a new bounty each time they see him, as well as tipping them off to the location of the gunrunner Cassie Mendoza.
There are rare occasions in which Nash will spawn next alongside a Hyena NPC (the Hyena can be any of the enemy classes but is more common for it to be a rusher), in which he enters into a special execution mode where he immediately neutralizes the enemy in hand-to-hand combat after both NPCs perform a special animation.
Jared Nash is also presumably the one who created the "Snitch Cards", identifying 13 highly wanted members of each of the four enemy factions in Washington, D.C. with a set of playing cards, with each faction identified by symbol, which are as follows:
Spades: Hyenas
Clubs: Outcasts
Hearts: True Sons
Diamonds: Black Tusk
Nash will not hesitate to defend himself. If he is attacked, he will defend himself with a Police UMP-45 with a laser sight.

Jared Nash was born into a family of criminals. He was estranged from his father at a young age and became a drifter in his teenager years. Nash eventually settled in D.C. and got mixed up with a local street gang. During this time, he earned the nickname "The Snitch" after he informed on his rivals in order to divert suspicion from his own criminal activities.
Nash takes each day as it comes and never plans too far in advance. He's a loner with little ambition, but feels content in his own company.
