You can't stop this, Agent. Danvers too smart for you. You're too late. You'll burn and soon so will all your friends.
- Jasinski

Jasinski is a Cleaner Commander in charge of producing the purple flame in the H5 Refinery.

History[]

Like most of his fellow high-ranking Cleaners, Jasinski was selected by Black Tusk officer, Richard Danvers, to handle production of the new "purple flame" accelerant.

When Division agents arrived to the refinery to disrupt production of the purple flame, Jasinski sent his subordinates to stop them from disrupting their work. That didn't work, as the agents managed to disrupt the refinery, so he deployed an experimental Warhound dubbed "Violet" to stop them.

Yet, even Violet was no match for the agents. As such, Jasinski initiated the self-destruct sequence to destroy the refiner and take the agents with him. He'd confront them after they stabilized the pressure, though he'd be eliminated as well.

Unfortunately, the agents were forced to abandon the H5 Refinery and return to Brooklyn to save The Bridge from the Rikers attack, with the refinery destroyed.

Despite Jasinski's death, he succeeded in preventing the Division from taking the refinery.

Gameplay[]

Jasinski is the final boss for the H5 Refinery mission in Battle for Brooklyn. He is a unique Cleaner Tank equipped with a long-range flamethrower using the Purple Flame accelerant, which can cause reduce a player's armor cap when in range, so it's best to keep a distance away and fire on him where he can't attack.

During the fight, his armor is very resistant. That's not to say his armor can't be broken by conventional firearms, but it does require a lot of sustained firepower.

Luckily, Jasinski's armor isn't immune to explosions, as there are a number of pipes leaking purple flame in the area that can explode when shot at. Therefore, the best approach is for a player to shoot one of those leaking pipes nearest to Jasinski as he closes in on them, then get hit by the explosion, which substaintially damages his armor.

And once his armor is broken, Jasinski is very vulnerable, as all it takes to end him is a lot of conventional firepower.
