Biography[]
Prior to the Green Poison pandemic, Jaw was one of the biggest drug dealers in the Anacostia neighborhood of Washington, D.C.. He eventually joined the Hyenas alongside several of his gang, and eventually became a member of the Hyena Council, where he gained control over all of D.C.'s southeast suburbs.
Tom Clancy's The Division: Remission[]
During a Hyena raid on an upscale neighborhood in Mount Vernon Square, John Sanders arrived at his friend Mike's home, where several other Hyenas were trying to break open a panic room. John mentioned his friendship with Jaw in an attempt to deter them; when they ignored him, he killed them all and escorted Mike's wife and daughter from the panic room to safety.
After returning to Jaw's stronghold, John was seized by other Hyenas and brought before him. Jaw reprimanded John for trying to give orders like the True Sons, and demanded to know why he killed his fellow pack members. John lied that they interfered with his plan to trick Mike into believing his family was being held hostage, then use him as an insider to raid the Theater Settlement. Intrigued, Jaw tempted John with a seat on the Hyena Council if his plan succeeded.
Following Katy's death, Bruce hastily left the Theater and visited Mike's panic room, taking IDs off of the dead Hyenas. With the help of Odessa Sawyer, he tracked down one of their families at the Stanton Park Refugee Camp, who identified Jaw as the Hyenas' leader. Bruce then launched an assault on Jaw's stronghold alongside several other Division agents. After an intense firefight, Jaw was captured and taken into custody alongside many other Hyenas.
