Jim "Bulwark" Wilson is a Black Tusk operative and the personal bodyguard of President Ellis. He is the first named boss encountered during Camp White Oak (Manhunt: Faye Lau).
He was a subordinate of rogue agent Faye Lau.
As Division agents infiltrated Camp White Oak in search of Lau and Ellis, Wilson radioed Lau, telling her to protect Ellis while he engaged The Division. Despite putting up a tough fight, he was gunned down by the agents.
