The KARD is a Pistol in Tom Clancy's The Division 2. It was added to the game in Title Update 11.
The KARD-45 can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Pistols as targeted loot.
The Named variant TDI "Kard" Custom can only be extracted from Dark Zones, purchased from Dark Zone Vendors using DZ Resources, or obtained from Conflict/Legacy/Named Item Caches.
Replicas of the KARD-45 can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can be acquired from Projects, Summit Challenges, or Control Points of Alert Level 3 or higher.
Replicas of the Named variant TDI "Kard" Custom can be crafted using its Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.

The TDI KARD ("KRISS Automatic - Research & Development") is a prototype semi-automatic pistol using a derivative of the action used by the TDI Vector.
The KARD uses a modified version of the Vector's vector-delayed blowback system, in which it has a fixed barrel as opposed to a tilting barrel as seen on most pistols; this also makes it more accurate and much easier for the user to install suppressors or muzzle attachments on it. The KARD lacks a moving slide, and instead has a T-shaped charging handle on the rear of the weapon. Because there isn't a moving slide, optics can be attached to the weapon more easily than with conventional slide-action pistols.
