It is a Named variant of the TKB-408, featuring the Talent Perfect Flatline. It was added to the game in Title Update 15.
This weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Assault Rifles as targeted loot. It has an increased drop chance from the Main Mission Camp White Oak.
Replicas of this weapon can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.
