Marcie "Scratch" McCollough is a third named boss in Invaded Bank Headquarters.
She was a Black Tusk Sniper who was sent there to collect SHD data. After killing Rob Jacobi and uploading data by Division agents, she and Tanner Brown attempted to kill all remaining Division agents at Bank Headquarters. Despite being well organized, Division agents managed to kill both of them.
