Marty "Sparrow" Kincaid was a high-ranking Black Tusk operative responsable for supplying Bichon's Hyena group and ordering them to capture Rogue Division Agent Theo Parnell.
History[]
Not much is known about Sparrow's background, other than the fact he would eventually join the Black Tusk and be put under Richard Danvers's unit, responsable for supplying other organizations to cripple the Strategic Homeland Division's and the Rogue Agents' operations.
In one such case, Sparrow would contact Hyena Council Member "Bichon" and supply his group with high-tech Black Tusk equipment such as self-repairing body armor, Carl Gustav launchers and other equipment. In return for helping the Black Tusk capture Theo Parnell, Bichon's deal with Sparrow had him would become the new head of the Hyenas as a whole. Due to the inference of a Division agent, Bichon and his Hyenas would be eliminated, failing the mission.
Shortly after, Sparrow and Danvers' unit would move to Brooklyn, where they would supply the Rikers and Cleaners with new tech and equipment, while the Black Tusk built their own secret stronghold at the Army Terminal, building a massive armored Zeppelin equipped with purple flame bombs and Razorback stations. During an assault by the same Division agent, Danvers and Kincaid would board the zeppelin, before being taken down by the agents, who would use ANNA to hack inactive SAM Launchers at the roof of the stronghold.

- Sparrow's death at the end of Army Terminal is not made entirely clear, as there is no explicit confirmation that he was aboard the zeppelin alongside Danvers. However, most of his voice lines hint at it, as he uses plural pronouns when mentioning their crew was about to lift off, so it can be presumed he was aboard as well.
