During the Green Poison outbreak, Collins deployed to the Brooklyn waterfront with her fellow agents, Ryan Marquez and Bronson Thurman. Hearing gunfire, the trio rushed to the Brooklyn Police Station, where they engaged a group of Rioters with help from another agent, Chris, remotely piloting a Drone.
Afterwards, the team freed several Joint Task Force officers from the precinct's holding cells and scavenged inside the armory for supplies and weapons. Outside, Collins fired a Flare Gun to call for helicopter extraction, prompting an attack from a cell of Rogue Agents nearby.
On New Year's Day, Collins' team entered the Dark Zone from Times Square, where they encountered a group of Rikers and two other agents. The five agents cooperated to defeat the Rikers, then traveled to an Extraction Zone at DZ03 together. As the helicopter arrived, the trio decided to exploit their superior numbers and went rogue, killing the the other pair of agents and taking their gear.
In the process, Thurman was downed; rather than help him, Marquez turned on his teammates, gunning down Collins and executing Thurman with his sidearm. He then grabbed their equipment and ran back into the Dark Zone.
