Mercury's Cell is the final confrontation between The Division and Ryan "Mercury" Chang. Mercury's Cell is part of the Mercury Investigation and takes place in Manning Institute within the East Mall. This bounty has The Division locate rogue agent Mercury and a group of Cleaners and send agents after them. Upon completing this bounty, the Comms collectible "Solar System" is given as a reward.
