Some people join the foreign legion to forget. I joined to kill.
- Milla "Wyvern" Radek

Milla "Wyvern" Radek was a high-ranking Black Tusk operator and a member of the B.T.S.U..

Background[]

Milla was born to a Ukrainian mother and Israeli father. By 19 she had joined the Israeli Defense Force, where she had quickly earned a reputation as an outstanding soldier. After four years of service, she joined the French Foreign Legion, where her comrades gave her the nickname "Wyvern". She respects leadership and will always follow orders without question. Bardon Schaeffer notes she is a strong and capable soldier, but she lacks the dedication to "not kill civilians".

After the Black Tusk operative, Mantis, had been captured by Division agents Dunne, Ward, and Johnson, Wyvern ordered her men to carry out an assassination on Mantis to prevent her from spilling secrets of the organization to the Division agents.

Sometime later, after The Division defeated the True Sons in the Capitol Building, Black Tusk forces invaded high-value targets across Washington, D.C. While Division agents were busy dealing with the new threat, President Ellis met with Bardon Schaeffer and Wyvern at a secret underground lab near The White House. President Ellis betrayed his country and sided with the Black Tusk by handing Schaeffer the experimental antivirals. Schaeffer then handed them to Wyvern and tell her to store them at their stronghold in Tidal Basin.

Through the ECHO, Division agents knew where the Black Tusk stored the antivirals and assaulted their stronghold at Tidal Basin. Intending to follow orders, Wyvern attempted to escape with the important cargo, but Division agents destroyed the Black Tusk helicopters and intercepted the war hounds carrying the antivirals. In a last-ditch attempt to escape with the remaining antivirals, Wyvern intended to flee on the massive Black Tusk transport hovercraft.

However, a JTF helicopter, ignoring orders to stand down, attempted to make an attack run against the hovercraft, where it was shot down with the pilot deciding to sacrifice himself by flying into the hovercraft’s turbine in his last moments, effectively disabling it. Enraged, Wyvern sought revenge on the Division, disregarding Schaeffer’s orders to flee with the antivirals on foot and deciding to use the hovercraft’s missile launchers to destroy the Division's Base of Operations, The White House, something Schaeffer was against. The Division agents managed to sabotage the missile launchers, however, and eventually kill Wyvern in the firefight.

Aftermath of Tidal Basin[]

On his way to the Pentagon, Petrus Brenner tells his men how Wyvern’s insubordination at Tidal Basin led to her unit failing its mission. He also made it clear that he would not tolerate the behavior Wyvern demonstrated at Tidal Basin, and that he expected them to carry out their own mission in the Pentagon accordingly and correctly.

Abilities[]

Wyvern is a unique Black Tusk Thrower armed with a Military P416 and an M32A1 Grenade Launcher equipped with Incendiary Grenades. She also wears a ballistic helmet/visor which protects her head from taking immediate damage.
