Mitchell "Lucky" Woods. I've worked with some sailors from his squadron, they said as soon as they docked at Annapolis, he walked off the deck and onto a Black Tusk hovercraft. Guess those rumours about how he got promoted to Admiral were true.

Mitchell "Lucky" Woods is a Black Tusk operative and one of General Peter Anderson's four Lieutenants in the Price of Power season.

Profile[]

Mitchell "Lucky" Woods earned his nickname after three operations where he was the only member of his unit to come back alive. He was a career Navy-man rising to the rank of two-star Admiral and Navy SEAL Commander before his squadron was called home in the wake of the Green Poison outbreak.

There were always rumors that he got his promotions by eliminating the competition, and when he abandoned his ship for a Black Tusk hovercraft, the rumors only grew.

History[]

Lucky worked in the Navy where her rose to the rank of two-star Admiral and NAVY Seals Commander. However, there were rumors that he got his promotions by eliminating the competition. During the Green Poison outbreak, his Navy squadron was recalled home. However, Lucky abandoned his ship to a Black Tusk hovercraft to join Black Tusk, which only made the rumors grow stronger.

Lucky was put as one of the four lieutenants for General Anderson when the True Sons leader decided to rebuild his alliance with Black Tusk. To solidify the alliance, Lucky informed General Anderson that Black Tusk have severed ties with the Hyenas and no longer providing them any logistical, supply, or weapons to the faction. Anderson was impressed and gave compliments, though Lucky asked

Lucky was also in contact with the Roamers, a faction of truckers, as they made a deal with Black Tusk to provide supplies for the PMC. At one point, he contacted the convoy Roamer One to reroute "Mothership Delivery" to Fairview, requesting them to stay on 70 and await further instructions. Later on, Lucky contacted Natalya Sokolova and informed her that the Roamers are having trouble in Virginia, namely roadblocks and hostile convoys. Roamers asked to sweeten the deal with a shipment of Spice drug, in which Lucky agreed and handled the negotiations.

Eventually, Lucky would be located in the Air and Space Museum after the Division eliminated Black Tusk outposts and assets in the East Mall area. Despite the heavy armament at his disposal, Lucky would be killed by the agents.

Abilities[]

In-game, Lucky is a unique Black Tusk Tank armed with a Minigun, heavy body armor, backpack support station, SHD Defender Drones, SHD Blinder Fireflies and DC-62 Grenades.

Trivia[]

  • Lucky is the first ever instance of a Manhunt target that does not have a unique character model, as in-game he looks just like a regular B.T.S.U. Tank.
    • This is curious, considering he does have a slightly altered appearance in the in-game briefing cutscene (his face can be seen underneath the visor and he is seen not wearing any gloves), but when encountered at Air & Space Museum, he looks exactly like a standard Tank, even having a black balaclava when his helmet is broken.
