I will finish what Ridgeway started, no matter the cost.
- Colonel Morozova

Colonel Morozova is the final boss of Iron Horse raid. During the Division's raid on the United Ironworks Facility, Morozova attempted to use her Iron Horse train to launch a devastating attack on Washington, D.C. and the Division.

Profile[]

One thing I know for sure about Morozova is that she truly, genuinely believed that the True Sons are going to rise up and take over the whole damn country. Honestly, when she talks about it, even I feel pretty convinced she's capable of seeing through.

She never talks about her past, but her soldiers sure love to gossip. The only thing they agree on is that she broke some kind of all-time record with her military academy exams, years ago, but after that no-one really knows where she went or what she did. She knows a lot about a lot, I'm willing to bet she's been all over the world doing bad shit, but honestly? I'm not even sure I want to know. She scares me more than anything, and I've never even heard her raise her voice. - Z

Biography[]

Prior to the Green Poison outbreak, Morozova was in the United States Armed Forces. Most of her dossier are classified, but its clear from Zach Young's profile and Agent Kelso's dialogue in the raid was that Morozova broke an all-time record with her military academy exams as well as being involved in high-class politics.

When the crisis ravaged Washington, D.C., Morozova like most JTF defectors joined the True Sons, serving under General Ridgeway's command. But when Ridgeway was killed and the True Sons were defeated in Capitol Hill, Morozova and her unit retreated to the outskirts of the city. While the Division focused on other threats, Morozova used the opportunity to exact her vengeance and she found it: United Ironworks Facility.

She and her unit occupied the facility, forcing the workers to do labor for the True Sons. After that, she had the workers killed, although one of them named Zach Young survived and kept a low profile until he could get his revenge.

After the Division was informed of the True Sons' presence in the facility, they sent a team of eight agents to stop them. After scouring through the facility, killing Lieutenant Gray and Captain Feiser, Morozova decided to put an end to the meddling and killed Zach Young in front of the Division agents. After the agents killed Major Williams, Morozova moved her train to make its way to the capitol and lay waste on the city. However, in a race against time, the agents derailed her train, crashing it.

Despite the setback, Morozova and the remainder of her unit make their stand against the Division. During the fighting, Morozova and her True Sons attempted to use the Iron Horse's Earthshaker cannon to destroy the White House while using the train's turrets and the autocannon to lay waste on the agents. However, their determination allowed them to decimate the train's turrets and used the autocannon against her and her unit, eventually destroying the Iron Horse.

In anger, Morozova made her final stand, only to be killed by the Division agents who ruined her plans. With her death, the True Sons lost a huge asset in their plan to take over Washington, D.C.

Abilities[]

I honestly had no idea how Morozova could make something like this in on a few months. I didn't even know the rail network was still intact, but she always does homework. So I guess she's picked up on something everyone else just... forgot about, the whole has massive steel plates all over it, so regular weapons won't even tickle. It can carry god knows how many troops and every railcar seems to have a different and even more terrifying weapon on top of i. Mortars, machine guns, all sorts. Oh, and its name that sounds slightly racist to me. Classic True Sons.

The Iron Horse is Morozova's ultimate weapon against The Division and D.C. itself. Heavily armed, armored, and patrolled, the True Sons protect Iron Horse with their lives. Expect extreme resistance when attacking Iron Horse. However, its weapons are vulnerable to RPGs, so take not of any rocketeers on the field.

Strategic Data

  • Heavily armored train with multiple weapons and extremely heavy armor that is the one of the final two bosses in the raid.
  • The other weapons are listed below, but one weapon that is not listed is the mortar cannons on the aft half of the train, which cause bleeding and extreme damage when on target.
  • However, these turrets are vulnerable to RPGs, which drop from RPG archetypes.
  • It has troops on top and can hold many inside, so expect them to come out to reinforce the mounted weapons when fighting the train.

When your whole thing is using a sledgehammer to crack every nut, then, of course, you're going to have the biggest cannon anyone has every seen stuck to the top of a massive armored train. Of course, you are. At least one True Sons schmuck went permanently deaf because he stood too close during a test-fire. It makes the ground literally shake, so I guess that's they call it the Earthshaker. Real creative, the True Sons.

The Earthshaker cannon is Iron Horses' main armament, and for good reason - the shells alone are the size of small cars. It can lay waste to city blocks when loaded, and is a priority for all agents to prevent loading.

Strategic Data

  • Heavy cannon with mortar shells.
  • If the cannon loads, it is a wipe for any team.
  • However, destroying the shells with RPGs and gunfire damages it severely.

Honestly, I didn't even realize this was a thing. Maybe it isn't and Morozova just has a brain that works in a really weird way. Who puts harpoons on a train then plugs them into a generator so they zap the ground like that.

The Shock harpoons are one of Iron Horse's main defenses against borders. It either kills the boarders or leaves them easy targets for snipers.

Strategic Data

  • Harpoons with electrical generators hooked up.
  • They electrify and shock anyone within range, making them an easy target for snipers.
  • They retract after Iron Horse is damaged sufficiently.

Rumour has it that Morozova was the one who suggested taking that crazy big autocannon from the Air and Space Museum and dump it outside the Capitol. Fair to say she believes in being over-prepared. And, of course, she found a second somewhere and had it brought it here. They call it the "Vindicator". Well, the grunts do. I don't think she cares what it's called as long as it melts anything it's pointed at.

The Autocannon is a secondary defense for Iron Horse and is used to gun down anyone trying to stop the train or get inside the foundry. However, it can be hacked to turn it against its masters.

Strategic Data

  • Heavy autocannon that makes sweeping strokes over the battlefield periodically.
  • Can be hacked to do more damage to Iron Horse, but you have to hack it for about 12 seconds, during which you are vulnerable to attack.

The True Sons here never world dream of calling her an ice queen to her face, but the nickname she gave her auto shotgun may be a sign that is well aware of her reputation. I dunno, though. The very last thing I would credit her with is a sense of humour.

The 'Avalanche' AA-12 Auto Shotgun is Morozova's personal weapon and has been used in combat many times.

Strategic Data

  • Morozova's assault weapon that does a lot of damage per shot.
  • Giving her a wide berth when using this weapon is wise, however status effects can help enormously when attacking.

Morozova is the kind of woman who carries around a missile launcher almost everywhere she goes, just in case. I have no idea what it would take to create a person with a mind like that. When she is determined to solve a problem and really puts her mind to it, it literally takes an explosion to stop her. Literally. I have seen this happen, and she only flinched.

Reckoning is a custom M3 MAAWS that is the choice weapon of Morozova. She is extremely deadly with it and all agents are advised to keep at a distance when fighting her.

Strategic Data

  • Unique M3 MAAWS that fires RPGs in a barrage of fire.
  • If an agent has a red eye on them, they are the target of the barrage.
  • It is usually lethal.
  • There is a brief window of time where she can be interrupted by the agent, usually by using status effects or an RPG.

Fury[]

  • I've seen Morozova make one of her soldiers piss himself, without saying a word. She just looked at him while he tried to explain it to himself. She's like a robot or something. She never shows emotion, but you know she could destroy you in a second with her freaky robot strength. People say they saw her lose her shit once, but I don't believe it. I think rumors like that startup because people want to believe she's human like the rest of us. But I know what she's done, she's not human. - Z
