Mozambique Special is a High-End Pistol in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
It is a Named variant of the M45A1, featuring the Talent Perfect Breadbasket. It was added to the game in Title Update 8, as part of the Warlords of New York expansion.
This weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Pistols as targeted loot.
Replicas of this weapon can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.
Usage[]
Mathematically, Mozambique Special makes two body shots and a headshot almost as good as three headshots, providing a safety net for those with uncertain aim.
The optimal approach is to adopt a tempo of shooting "body, body, head" to maximize Perfect Breadbasket's value, and use another weapon to deal with foes wearing head protection - trying to shatter helmets with raw damage will swiftly drain the pistol's tiny magazine.
Mozambique Special is ultimately a contingency for agents who can't - or can't be bothered to - always aim with precision. More confident marksmen would do better with the Prophet revolver, which actually rewards headshot kills instead of covering for mistakes.
