History[]
The PP-19, or “Bizon” (meaning 'buffalo'), is a Russian submachine gun developed by Izhmash in 1993. While over half of its components are shared with the AK-74 rifle, the PP-19’s most distinct feature is its unique helical magazine, which holds 64 rounds fed by a pressurized spring. This results in greater capacity and a smaller profile, both valuable traits in the counter-terrorism settings it was intended for. Later iterations reverted to using conventional box magazines, due to reliability concerns over the helical-feed versions.
Usage[]
The PP-19's core strengths are its Stability and impressive magazine size - the largest among all Submachine Guns, even surpassing the Tommy Gun and its iconic drum magazine. Thanks to its slower firing rate, an agent can mow down several enemies at a time without reloading or compensating for recoil.
Such handling is hampered by low Accuracy, leading to wide reticle bloom after just a few shots. This limits its utility against small targets - for example, it can’t reliably hit the exposed limbs of a Shield enemy or shoot down an approaching Drone from midair. Switch to another weapon when precision work is needed, as the PP-19's domain is firmly in spraying at center mass.
Variants[]
PP-19[]

Enhanced PP-19[]
This Enhanced variant has an alternate grip and solid stock for better Stability. It is used by Veteran/Elite Cleaner Engineers, Hunters, and various Rogue Agents including Chadwick "Neptune" Brandon III, Marley "Shade" Yarrow, and Dustin "Magnus" Xavier.
