Pestilence is an Exotic LMG in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
The Pestilence can be dropped by Outcasts or Black Tusk in the Dark Zone. It also has a chance to drop in LMG allocated loot areas.

- Whenever an enemy dies with this debuff, all stacks are transferred to a nearby enemy within 25m.
