Private Conner is a Black Tusk operative that appears in the Manhunt version of Jefferson Trade Center. He answers to Jack Bonney and an unnamed female Black Tusk Commander during the mission, displaying a severe disliking for Bonney and the way his superior underestimates him.

History[]

Private Conner is (presumably) a former member of the True Sons that eventually joined the ranks of the Black Tusk sometime during Warlords of New York. After the events at Camp White Oak, Conner would be sent in an operation at Jefferson Trade Center, where his superior, Jack Bonney, was being tested by a Hunter to see if he could join their ranks.

During the operation, Conner is constantly underestimated and mistreated by Bonney and another BTSU Commander, eventually getting infuriated by their comments. In a fit of rage towards his superiors, and wanting to prove his worth, Conner engages the arriving Division agents in combat, activating several Assault Drones to use at his disposal. Despite putting up somewhat of a fight, he eventually gets killed by the agents.

Conner's death was not a surprise to his superiors, as they had previously made a bet with each other to see if Conner would survive a fight against division agents, Bonney betting on his underling's death, which ended up being the result, much to his amusement.

Abilities[]

Private Conner is a unique Black Tusk Controller armed with an ACS-12 shotgun and multiple BTSU Assault Drones. Curiously, he is never seen deploying a Mini-Tank, despite being a Controller archetype.

Trivia[]

  • Despite being classified as a Black Tusk Controller in-game, Conner is never seen using a Mini-Tank during his boss fight.
  • Conner's Private rank may suggest he could be a former member of the True Sons faction, specially considering their previous alliance with the Black Tusk and future events that have yet to be shown in-game.
