After discovering the Plymouth Rock safe house and following Agent Faye Lau's briefing, Officer and Coordinator Martin Hazen asks the Division Agent to retrieve food supplies stolen by the Rioters.

Rioters raided the Brooklyn Distribution Center not just food supplies but a crate of morphine supply which the Rioters will sell them or use them as addicts. The Division Agent is tasked to retrieve back the morphine supply back so the JTF could use it for people who really need them.
