The Diceros and Snubnosed Diceros variants of this weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Pistols as targeted loot.
The Named variant Diceros Special can only be obtained through the Demolitionist Specialization tree. In total, an investment of 10 Specialization Points is required to raise the weapon to Level 40.
Replicas of the Diceros can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can be acquired from Projects, Summit Challenges, or Control Points of Alert Level 3 or higher.
