Rob "Driver" Jacobi is a first named boss in Invaded Bank Headquarters.
He was a Black Tusk Controller who was sent there to collect SHD data. After cleaning first couple of rooms by Division agents, Manny Ortega communicated to them that one of high ranking Black Tusk member had changed the code to the vault and most likely had an encryption key. A few minutes later Division agents met face to face with Rob Jacobi together with others Black Tusk soldiers. Despite their outnumber, Division agents managed to kill each soldier along with Rob Jacobi.
