Roosevelt Island Manhunt: Jupiter is an alternate version of the Roosevelt Island stronghold. This mission is accessed by hunting down and killing the lieutenants in Jupiter's cell of rogue agents.

Description[]

Breach the stronghold and neutralize both the Cleaners and Jupiter's rogue cell.

Briefing[]

Agent Kelso:

Agent, a drone spotted a group of Cleaners on Roosevelt Island. We've confirmed Jupiter is on site. Head to the island, neutralize the Cleaners in D.C. and take down Jupiter's cell.

Objectives[]

  • Breach western perimeter
    • Agent Kelso: Cindy's busy, so I'll be keeping an eye on you. Don't forget; Jupiter didn't come alone. Those Cleaners are one hell of a backup. Let them know those New Yorkers are not welcome in D.C.
    • ISAC: Hostile radio intercepted
    • Cleaner: Modifying those turrets with our flamethrowers was a great idea. Thanks, Jupiter.
    • Jupiter: Thank Conley. It was her design. Have you recovered the EMPs from the wreckage?
    • Cleaner: Yeah, we're good.
    • Agent Kelso: "EMPs"? I don't like the sound of that.
  • Disable flame turret
    • ISAC: Hostile flame turret detected.
  • Breach western perimeter
    • Agent Kelso: Those EMPs Jupiter mentioned. That military plane that crashed on Roosevelt, I think there were some experimental weapons and EMPs on the manifest. Agent, we need to figure out what she's up to.
    • Cleaner: Jupiter. Possible contact by the west gate. Could mean trouble.
    • Jupiter: Have a strike team move the remaining EMPs to the docks. Send the rest of your squad to take care of any troublemakers.
    • Cleaner: You got it.
    • Jupiter: If shit really hits the fan, use the EMPs. Oh, don't forget to install Conley's modifier.
    • Agent Kelso: Modifier? Conley must have found a way to boost the EMPs. Be careful. Whatever that modifier does- Well, I guess we'll find out soon enough. One thing's for sure: we can't let that tech off the island. If the rogues have those EMPs, they could take out our skills and defenses.
  • Proceed further to investigate
    • Agent Kelso: Agent. Heads up. You're approaching some Cleaners.
  • Disable the defenses
    • Disable the flame turret
    • Disable the flame turret
      • McKinney: Listen up! The Division are trying to stop us from establishing a foothold in D.C. We need this base. Our work in New York was just the beginning. We will rid America of this contamination.
    • Secure the area
  • Bypass the fortification
    • Agent Kelso: Keep going, Agent. You need to reach the docks before they can extract those EMPs. Oh, and if you see any Cleaners on your way, feel free to evict them.
    • ISAC: EMP Jammer detected nearby.
    • Cleaner: Get that modifier hooked up!
  • Destroy the modified EMP
  • Locate additional EMPs
    • Agent Kelso: Conley's modifier targets Division agents. If these modified EMPs get distributed to every rogue, we'd be completely and totally fucked. We can't let that happen.
    • Jupiter: Status update.
    • Cleaner: Division's still here.
    • Jupiter: If you can't kill them, stall them. Whatever it takes. We have to get that shipment out.
    • McKinney: Jupiter! Division's gaining on your position.
    • Jupiter: Neutralize them! You want this island or not?
    • McKinney: We need back up.
    • Jupiter: Those EMPs aren't going to move themselves.
    • McKinney: We're a team. I got your back, you've got mine.
  • Secure the area
    • McKinney: Jupiter? You there?
    • McKinney: Shit! All right, fuck it. We're on our own. Let's do this, people!
    • Agent Kelso: Jupiter's still at the docks. Whatever it takes, Agent, we can't let her leave with those EMPs.
  • Neutralize McKinney
    • McKinney: Capturing Roosevelt Island is only the first step! Don't let the Division get in the way of that! We won't let them! We can't! By fire, our enemies will die. With fire, we will save D.C. And out of the ashes, a new America will rise! Free from disease!
    • McKinney: Don't worry, Agent. Death will come and take away your pain.
    • Secure area
  • Locate additional EMPs
    • Agent Kelso: We need to get to the docks. We can't let Jupiter move those EMPs.
    • Cleaner: They got McKinney!
    • Cleaner: Where the hell is Jupiter?
    • Cleaner: At the docks.
    • Cleaner: Whatever. We need to sort this shit out. Just be ready for anything!
    • Cleaner: Enemy spotted! Quick! Use the flame turret!
  • Disable flame turret
    • Secure area
    • Agent Kelso: You're about half-way to the docks, but you've got a boat load of Cleaners ahead of you.
  • Locate additional EMPs
    • Cleaner: Division! They're here!
    • Jupiter: If you've got anymore modified EMPs back there, use them!
  • Eliminate the EMP threat
    • Destroy modified EMP
      • Agent Kelso: Shit. Agent, be careful around those EMPs.
    • Destroy modified EMP
    • Secure area
  • Locate additional EMPs
    • Cleaner: Jupiter, we're moving the rest of the crew to the docks!
    • Jupiter: We need more time. Don't let the Division near the docks. Do you understand?
    • Cleaner: Maybe this wasn't such a good idea.
    • Jupiter: Maybe you need to remember what you're fighting for. This is it, buddy. You really think you'll get another chance like this?
    • Cleaner: No, you're right. This is it. We'll take care of the Division. Trust me!
    • Jupiter: That's the spirit!
    • Cleaner: And once we've taken care of the Division, we'll take care of D.C.
    • Jupiter: Rogues and Cleaners fighting side by side. With these EMPs we'll have all the leverage we need to wipe out the Division and the virus once and for all.
    • Agent Kelso: She's insane. If Jupiter thinks we're just going to let her and her Cleaners take D.C., she has no idea what you're capable of.
  • Destroy modified EMP
    • Agent Kelso: Keep going, Agent. You're not far from the docks.
    • Cleaner: Incinerate the Division scum! This island is ours!
    • Secure the area
      • Agent Kelso: Heads up. Cleaners inbound of your location.
  • Reach the docks
    • Agent Kelso: Alright, now look for a way to the docks.
    • Jupiter: Agent? You out there? You think you've got what it takes, then come and get me. I'm not hiding.
    • Agent Kelso: Should have guessed. She's been tracking your position. Hurry, Agent, before she leaves the island.
    • Agent Kelso: Cleaners are mobilizing ahead.
    • Cleaner: Come on! Get it together! Remember our cause! We can't allow the Division to reach the docks!
    • Cleaner: We need reinforcements!
    • Cleaner: The rest of us have to make sure the EMPs get loaded.
    • Cleaner: Fuck the EMPs. Come and help us!
    • Cleaner: Jupiter's in charge. We've got orders.
    • Cleaner: In charge? Listen, she doesn't give a shit about us! She's using us!
    • Cleaner: You're wrong. She needs us. The rogues need us.
    • Cleaner: Get your head outta your ass and focus on what we need to do.
    • Agent Kelso: Neutralizing the Cleaner threat in D.C. is one thing. Taking care of Jupiter is another. Remember, if we let those EMPs off the island we're fucked.
  • Take down Jupiter
    • Agent Kelso:This is it, Agent.
    • Jupiter: You think just because you've come this far, you've won? This operation will be a success and the Division will fall!
      • Destroy the modified EMP
    • Jupiter: Keener fucked up. He couldn't kill you. I won't make the same mistake!
  • Secure docks
    • ISAC: Rogue SHD skill detected.
  • Search Jupiter
    • ISAC: Rogue SHD skill acquired.

Debriefing[]

  • Agent Kelso: You got Jupiter. Excellent job, Agent! No one else has to worry about her cell. Let's hope this is the last we've seen of the Cleaners in D.C. Bonus, that rogue tech you recovered, we can use against them.

Unlocking[]

In order to unlock this version of the Roosevelt Island mission, agents either had to complete the Jupiter Manhunt while it was active, or unlock it in the rewards track of a later season. In Season 2, level 48 rewarded with the alternate mission. In Season 3, level 53 gives it instead.

Versions[]

The Roosevelt Island mission has several variants. These are the regular, invaded, and Manhunt: Jupiter variants.

This is the standard stronghold mission. This mission has agents attack the Outcasts stronghold in Roosevelt Island in order to capture or kill their leader, Emeline Shaw.

This is the BTSU invaded stronghold mission. Division agents are sent to neutralize a Black Tusk chemical warfare team and their mysterious leader while destroying any samples they've taken from the Roosevelt Island quarantine zone.

  • Roosevelt Island Manhunt: Jupiter

This version is the one that this article details. Division agents are sent to neutralize Jupiter and her group of Cleaners, who have acquired advanced EMP technology.

Trivia[]

  • This mission revisits the Roosevelt Island stronghold, however there are several changes:
    • The main faction is now the Cleaners instead of the Outcasts, who are arguably polar opposites of each other.
    • The Black Tusk is shown to have previously invaded at some point, due to worn-down BTSU gear and signage left behind. Also, previous BTSU turrets have been modified with flamethrowers by the Cleaners.
