The Mk17 is a Rifle in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
The Military Mk17 and Police Mk17 variants can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Rifles as targeted loot.
The Named variant Everlasting Gaze can only be extracted from Dark Zones, purchased from Dark Zone Vendors using 
DZ Resources, purchased from the Countdown Requisitions Station using 
Countdown Requisition Tokens, or obtained from Conflict/Legacy/Named Item Caches.
Replicas of the Police Mk17 can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can be acquired from Projects, Summit Challenges, or Control Points of Alert Level 3 or higher.
Replicas of the Named variant Everlasting Gaze can be crafted using its Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.
