The Mk16 is an Assault Rifle in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
All variants of this weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Assault Rifles as targeted loot.
Replicas of the Tactical Mk16 can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which is available by default.

Like the AK-M, it has a low RPM and high damage per shot, but trades some overall damage for better handling.

Formerly known as the SCAR-L in Tom Clancy's The Division, the Mk16 is highly modular and can be configured to serve a variety of battlefield roles.
SOCOM Mk16[]
An MK16 variant with a two-tone finish and affixed with an aftermarket rail for higher Stability.
Tactical Mk16 
[]
A close-quarters variant with an aftermarket forend and collapsible stock, resulting in lower Accuracy but higher Stability. It is used by Veteran/Elite Black Tusk Assaults and Hunters.
