The SIG 716 is a Rifle in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
All variants of this weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Rifles as targeted loot.
Replicas of the SIG 716 can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which is available by default.
Replicas of the Named variant Artist's Tool can be crafted using its Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.

The SIG 716 is a heavy-duty carbine with enough firepower to easily pierce body armor from a distance.
SIG 716 CQB[]
This shortened close-combat variant deals more damage, but has an alternate Short Underbarrel Rail and lacks a Muzzle Slot altogether.
