Sandra "Chirpy" Patterson may look like a bird, frail, lithe, and delicate, but looks can be deceiving. She has the most kills of any member of the Black Tusk.
When the Green Poison hit, she was recruited while on active deployment with the army, where she had already racked up an impressive number of kills.
She was notorious for night attacks, perching in trees and bushes. It's rumored she earned the nickname "Chirpy" because the last thing her targets heard was the "chirp" of her round leaving the silencer.
History[]
Chirpy was in active deployment in the Army, racking up an impressive number of kills. She was recruited to Black Tusk when the Green Poison outbreak hit the world. After her recruitment, she made the most kills of any Black Tusk member.
Chripy was put as one of General Anderson's lieutenants to solidify the restored alliance between True Sons and Black Tusk. When the General learned of Captain Lewis working against him, Sokolova had Chirpy keep an eye on the captain. Chirpy was later contacted by Anderson to bring Lewis to custody at Fairview and making it discreet. When he asked Chirpy about her nickname, she made a bird's chrip sound and shot a round near him, making her point clear.
After the Division sweeped through Downtown East, Chirpy was located at the Grand Washington Hotel. After eliminating Black Tusk hostiles, Chripy made her presence with a chirp, which amused Agent Kelso. Nonetheless, Chirpy was eliminated.

In-game, Chirpy is a unique Black Tusk Sniper armed with a SOCOM Mk20 SSR, 93R, BTSU Taser Drones, Cleaners Bomber Drones, Outcasts Shock Ammo Box and Shock Grenades.

- Despite not using these in-game, Chirpy can be seen holding an SRS A1 in her character artwork and an M1A CQB in the CGI trailer instead.
- When Anderson asks her about her nickname, Chirpy shoots something next to him while performing a bird-like scream/chirp.
- She also does this at the start of her boss fight, making Alani Kelso laugh at it.
