Sergeant Delgado was a True Sons officer responsible for escorting and guarding JTF Drone Operator-taken hostage Cindy McAllister, alongside fellow True Son Corporal Berry and Black Tusk operative Bobby "Chupacabra" Guerrero. Gameplay-wise, Delgado, alongside his fellow soldiers, represents the first sub-target of Puppeteers.
History[]
After the events of Broken Wings, Delgado was tasked by The Recruiter with escorting and guarding Cindy McAllister, former JTF Drone Operator, who was taken hostage during the Black Tusk's attack on the White House.
Sergeant Delgado, alongside Bobby "Chupacabra" Guerrero and Corporal Berry, was escorting Cindy in East Mall, when Division agents were sent after them to rescue Cindy. They eventually wound up at the Air & Space Museum, where Chupacabra fought and was eventually killed by the agents, who were successful in rescuing their friend.

In-game, Sergeant Delgado was a True Sons Immobilizer (affiliated with the Black Tusk) armed with a Police M4, equipped with a Riot Foam Dispenser which could immobilize targets in place for his fellow Black Tusks to strike.
