It is a Named variant of the 93R, featuring the Talent Perfect Unwavering.
This weapon can only be obtained through the Sharpshooter Specialization tree. In total, an investment of 10 Specialization Points is required to raise the weapon to Level 40.
The Sharpshooter Specialization must be active to equip this weapon. If it is ever sold or dismantled, another duplicate will appear in the inventory the next time the Sharpshooter Specialization is activated.
